Lamey Lab was founded on one belief: performance starts with awareness.
As a former professional football player and coach, I experienced that players receive a lot of information, but are not always taught how to understand, process and apply it.
I believe real development starts with awareness. Not only of technique, but more importantly of the game, the environment, the decisions you make and the impact those decisions have on your performance.
That is why Lamey Lab helps players develop game intelligence, decision-making and self-reflection. Through video analysis, personal coaching and a structured approach, players learn not only how to perform better, but more importantly how to better understand what is happening on the pitch.
My goal is to help players become more independent, so they can make better decisions for themselves and continue to develop, regardless of the level at which they play.
Working hard is important. But understanding what you're working towards is even more important.

As a former professional football player and coach, I spent many years working in professional football environments where performance was the standard. Those experiences taught me that development goes far beyond technical ability alone.
My passion is helping players gain a deeper understanding of the game. Not simply by telling them what to do, but by making them aware of their decisions, positioning, and the situations that arise throughout a match.
Through Lamey Lab, my goal is to help players think more independently, make better decisions, and continue developing—both as footballers and as people.

Professional soccer career
He played professional soccer in the Netherlands, England, Germany, and Poland, where he gained firsthand experience at the highest level of the sport.
Coach at Elite Academy
He has trained players in the youth academies of Ajax, PSV, FC Eindhoven, FC Den Bosch, and Ettifaq FC, and has guided talented players on their path to professional soccer.
Experience with winning
Led Ajax U17 to victories in both the Future Cup and the KNVB Cup, combining individual development with team success.
